Creative Outlook Youth Foundation seeks to bring awareness and develop programs to address the unique needs of pregnant and parenting youth. Our primary goal is to address residential placement and programing needs of pregnant and parenting teens at risk of homelessness, juvenile system and/or child welfare. The ultimate goal is to keep teen moms and babies together, under one roof, in a nurturing environment while providing a continuum of care services to give these young mothers and their children an opportunity to reach their highest potential.
