Our History
Creative Outlook Youth Foundation (COYF) is a Texas non-profit Corporation seeking to provide residential care to pregnant and parenting teens who are homeless, run away, or at risk of child welfare involvement. Additionally, provide pregnant and parenting youth, as well as their dependent children, with a continuum of care services delivered within a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
